How long have you practiced yoga? How often per week? I have been practicing yoga for over a year now attending 1 class a week.
What made you decide to practice Yoga? I had always wanted to try yoga and finally I did and love it. Love, love both the physical and mental workout.
What do you like about practicing Yoga at Fort Washington Park? The open space, Cathy, and my yoga partner, Nora!
What is your favorite yoga pose and why is it your favorite? Ananda Bala, aka Happy Baby Pose. Besides the name, I like that it stretches the hips and inner groin. Great feeling and it’s generally done at the end of class.
Describe how Yoga has enhanced or changed your life: Yoga has added more peace and quiet time to my life.
