SINGLE SESSION, SATURDAY March 28, 1:30pm – 6:30pm
This single session workshop from the CVY Deep Dive Yoga Immersion program is an opportunity to to deepen your personal practice. In this session we’ll break down the alingment and anatomy Sun Salutation and standing postures. You’ll learn a dynamic Pranayama (breath practice) to accompany your posture practice. The meditation technique offered in this session focuses on breath awarness. The Asana Lab portion of the workshop will incude a personal video of your hands on adjustments to take home for developing your own personal practice.

SINGLE SESSION, SUNDAY March, 29 1:30pm – 6:30pm
This SINGLE SESSION workshop form the CVY Deep Dive Yoga Immersion program introduces you to the energetics of Yoga. We explore the 5 Vayus (Sanskrit for “wind” or “air”) refers to specific currents of prana (life force) in yogic philosophy, governing different bodily functions and movements. In the Sacred Space Sharing segments, we’ll explore the questions ” Who am I?” as an awarness of your deepest Self and Yogas. You’ll be given the opportunity to practice meditative journaling and share your life’s wisdom. This is an opportunity to compliment your physical practice with the spiritual side of Yoga.

REFUND POLICY: Approved program refunds are determined as follows: If cancelled 14 days prior to the start of program, deposit may be transferred toward a future program or teacher training certification and any other monies paid will be refunded. If cancelled within 14 days before the start of program, the non refundable deposit will be forfeited and any other monies paid can be applied towards a future program. After the commencement of program, all monies paid are non-refundable, but applicable to future program completion at a prorated amount based on the amount of time attended. Approved Refunds Before commencement of class will be issued within 30 days of the date of student notification. Refunds will be issued by check only, minus the non-refundable deposit.
